Outdoor Maths

This morning in Maths, the Year One children in Willow Class have been working on subtraction calculations on the playground.  They have used chalk to draw numberlines and calculate how many to count back and also used counting objects and taking away.  The children throughly enjoyed their practical lesson and were keen to carry on and complete as many subtraction calculations as they could!
