Hello Willow Class,

Thank you for your newspaper reports yesterday, I even had a news video from a future newsreader in our class!

For today's writing task I would like you to write an apology from the Highway Rat to the other animals that he stole from, to say sorry for what he did and to ask for forgiveness.  Think about what the Highway Rat could do to make up for his crimes, could he carry out some acts of kindness for the other animals?

Amelia made some cards yesterday for her friends so we are off out this morning to post them, she is really missing her friends and I know that a lot of you are also missing your class friends.  Could you maybe send a photograph or create a picture or a card for one of your friends, they might be from our school or you could know them from somewhere else.

Enjoy your day, we have a clear blue sky at the moment so I am hoping it will be sunny and warm today.
