Writing

I would like you to read chapter 11 and 12 today with an adult at home and consider these questions:

• What does plump mean?
• Why does Mrs Fox stay in bed when the little fox tells her the good news?
• How did Mrs Fox find the energy to get out of bed?
• Which word tells us that Badger is cross with Mr Fox?

For your writing task I would like you to write a fact file for Mr Fox. Use your imagination if you don't know all of the answers. Use the following subheadings: Name, Age, Lives, Family, Friends, Job, Hobbies, Dreams for the future.
