We are a specialist Key Stage One base provision for children with speech and language difficulties at Westfield Primary School.

Our base has capacity for 8 children in Years One and Two with an EHCP which names speech, language and communication as a primary need.

The base itself is a separate building on the Westfield site but we have access to all of the school, including our main school sensory room and expansive outdoor provision such as our own forest, trim trail and astroturf football pitch.

The aim of our base is to enable our pupils to access mainstream with their peers as much as they can, as well as providing a safe and nurturing space with specific speech, language and communication provision to meet their needs.
