Oak Class Home Learning 01.04.2020

Date: 1st Apr 2020 @ 8:31am

Good morning Oak Class!

It's the 1st of April today - how crazy is that?

It’s Wednesday and that means it’s diary day! Like last week, today is a break from the norm. I would like you to write another diary entry about your experiences from the last seven days. I will also upload my own diary entry later today. I’m looking forward to reading some of your entries. Please ensure that you write your entry in your home learning books. There is no need for an ‘I can” as you just need subheadings with the date.

Here are my instructions from last week, and they remain the same for this entry:

Every Wednesday I would like you to write a diary entry about how your week has been. We are currently living through a moment in history that future generations might possibly learn about – how crazy is that! So, today’s task is to write about yourself, how you are feeling, what you have been up to and most importantly, what is keeping you happy whilst you’re not at school.

I hope you all have a lovely day. I’m planning to try and bake the banoffee traybake that I mentioned on the weekly learning grid – I shall keep you updated with how Isla and I managed to get on with that!

Maths - As mentioned last week, teachers won't be setting daily maths activities on our blog. Please see your weekly learning grid for maths suggestions.

Here is the link to the learning grid on our school website:

If you need me, just comment on our blog or on your personal blog. Alternatively, if you have any work that you would like to send me, then ask an adult to use my email – mrsdavies@westfieldprimaryschool.com

8 school days of you not around – missing you all.

Mrs Davies :)
