Good morning and welcome to April 1st!

We can now say that it is Easter this month and I am looking forward to eating lots of chocolate!

For your writing task today, I would like to focus on the book, 'We're Going on a Bear Hunt', it is one of our favourite books in my house.  I have seen online that people are starting to hide teddy bears in the windows of their houses for everyone to spot on their daily walk.  I have included a video of the author reading the book.

So today, I would like you to hide one of your teddies (use another animal if you do not have a bear) around your house and create your own page to the book!

I have attached a photograph of a bear hidden in my house and the page is;

We're going on a bear hunt,

we're going to catch a big one, 

we're not scared,

uh oh, a bedroom, a cold, dark bedroom, 

we can't go over it, we can't go under it, we are going to have to go through it,

tiptoe, tiptoe, shhh, shhh

Feel free to draw a picture of your hidden bear and add as many pages/places around your house as you would like to, think about how you would walk through that place to get to the bear.
