Hello again Larch class!

Hope you are all well and safe, and I also hope you have managed to look at our video that all the staff have made-there is a cameo by a very small person who I talk about often ;).

This is day 3 of trekking through the rainforest-the first day you listened to the sounds of the rainforest, and yesterday you wrote as as if you were exploring it.

For today, you are going to write a fact file about a flower you have found-there are 2 ways to do this, but both involve drawing and writing.

You can actually find a flower/plant that is found in the rainforest or make your own one up. Whichever you pick, make it interesting!

I can write a fact file about the ______________(name of flower/plant).

Success criteria:

Make sure you have drawn your flower/plant.

Include interesting facts about it.

Explain why it thrives in the rainforest.
