Hello Larch Class!

I hope your Easter holiday went well, and you are all safe and sound.

Back to our daily blogs now-first of all, on our school website in our class blog is this weeks learning grid WHICH INCLUDES YOUR MATHS ACTIVITIES. I will only be posting a writing task each day on the daily blog, and using it as a way of keeping in touch with you all each and every day.

I want you to listen to this short clip (only 1 and a half minutes), and write a description of what you can hear. Listen very carefully, and think of describing each animal you have heard in the video.

We will be learning about the rainforest, and this is a nice introduction to that.

I can write a description of the rainforest.

Success criteria:

Use adjectives to describe nouns.

Listen carefully and write about what you can hear in the video.

Write it in first person- 'I can hear...'
